Intraoral scans or model scans, both possible.

The scan data must first be prepared by the dental laboratory or the dental practice by means of an appropriate Model Builder software and stored as an STL file. Learn more how the data is processed:

Basic requirements

Modell and surface

  • Create model massivly without caviation
  • Create model bottom area flatly
  • Create stump bottom area flatly
  • Stump must not have a pin from basal

Labeling (ID)

  • For each model, a label (ID) must be created for identification and unique order assignment
  • If there is no labeling, Innovation MediTech GmbH supplements the ID at the owner's expense (1.95 € / jaw)

Model Height

  • maximum overall model height: 32 mm

Software Parameters

  • Registration also queries your Model Builder software
  • Matched with your provider, you will receive information on the parameters specified by e-mail after registration.

Orthodontic Models

  • Horseshoe model
  • Orthodontic model with palatal part without pedestal
  • Orthodontic model with palatal part with pedestal

The maximum base height from the basal model edge to the lowest point of the fold is 3 mm.

You will receive your access data for the ordering portal from us by E-mail.

Your model is ready for dispatch the following day.

In the layer manufacturing technology on rapid prototyping / manufacturing plants:
We use state-of-the-art scanning LED technology (SLT) systems for the generative production of dental models inter alia D30 / D35 and L5000D systems. These rapid prototyping / manufacturing facilities meet the latest industry standards in terms of precision, volume, material selection and process flexibility. Using an extremely powerful LED light source, individual images are projected onto the wetted construction platform. Due to the movable exposure head, the exposure field moves in the xy direction over the build platform. Thus, in the layer construction process, highly precise and complex components are generated.

The product world

Biobased dental models

Print@Dreve is getting greener! For our working models, we now offer printing with biobased resin, which consists of 50 percent renewable raw materials. The renewable raw materials are portions of wheat and corn that are not used for food production. The production of these plant-based components is therefore not in competition with food production. They are also genetically unmodified.

Prosthetics models

Building the basis for a fitting denture, the precision of prosthetics models – just like the gingiva mask and the removable stubs – are decisive for a successful treatment. The excellent mechanical strength allows subsequent finishing work on the model. We have qualified the accuracy of fitting for several implant systems.


Orthodontic models

A validated manufacturing process, industrial standards with regard to machines and production procedures: We supply the highest precision of diagnostic and orthodontic models available in the market. Thanks to optimized mechanical characteristics our models are usable for repeated thermoforming processes and also for finishing works.

Medical devices

Complex geometrics with the best possible precision – self evident also for medical devices. Our ISO certified resins were especially developed for the application in the patient's mouth. The qualified manufacturing process ensures mechanics, biocompatibility and durability of the application. This safeguards the clinical success.

Explained step by step: The ordering process

  • Existing customers log in with their customer number and password
  • New customers initially register by clicking on "Register here"

If you want to skip the login in the future, activate the "stay logged in" function

  • Enter reference number and ID. The reference number is used to assign the model and is listed on the delivery note and invoice.
    The ID is used to label the model.
  • Select model type and desired accessories
  • Add another model order via the "+" button
  • "Continue" for data upload
  • Select the desired STL file via "Select data". Check "No data for ..." if you do not want to attach a file.
  • Check the box to allow Print@Dreve's job data to be customised if your data does not match the previously selected model type
  • Via "continue" to the order overview and selection of shipping options.
  • Select additional models via "Additional order"
  • The upload of the STL data takes place automatically. The order window must remain open until the data is completey uploaded.
  • Once the data has been received outrightly you will receive an automatic order confirmation via e-mail.
  • Under the tab "Archive" you can see all orders you have placed.
  • The corresponding order confirmations can also be called up.
