Individual trays

Optimized, biocompatible resin for the fabrication of dental, individual impression trays. High reactivity with low viscosity. Simplified cleaning and improved mechanical properties. Two times faster printing times, layer thicknesses of 300 μm possible. The finished impression trays have a homogeneous surface, which significantly reduces manual reworking. The easy-to-use PCU LED N₂ light curing unit is recommended for an optimal post-curing for FotoDent® IBT, FotoDent® gingiva and FotoDent® tray for Carbon printers. This critical process step ensures mechanical characteristics and biocompatibility of 3D printed parts. The PCU LED N₂ light curing unit can be used to polymerize parts under vacuum or under a nitrogen environment, depending on the dental application.

PCU 90
Professional post-curing unit for high volume production

The PCU 90 is a professional light polymerization unit for the curing of 3D printed parts with industrial standard. The metal halogen lights and the fine tuning of the wavelengths make the PCU 90 extremely suitable for the curing of light curing resins. Only qualified for select materials at this time. Please contact Carbon to learn more about which resins are compatible with this high volume unit.
